Recently this app started randomly logging me out, so every time I try to use it I have to go through the hassle of getting a one-time login emailed to me. Once I get logged back in, the settings have changed, with the print receipt at the pump being turned on. I don't want that turned on. As a result, I do not recommend using the BPme app. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app as requested, the problem still persists. I consistently get logged out and have to go through an email process to get logged back in, leading to a frustrating user experience. Therefore, my one-star review remains unchanged.
Upon installing the app, I added two debit cards only to find that it immediately placed $100.00 holds on both accounts to verify them. This validation process seems excessive, as $100.00 per account is quite high. It would be more reasonable for BP to validate accounts with a nominal amount like $0.50 or $1.00 instead. While my initial review was critical, I have since reconsidered my position. Although the $100 hold remains exorbitant and potentially harmful to users with limited funds, outside of this issue, the app functions as advertised. Users should be aware of the significant verification amounts imposed when using BPme.
