3 out of 5 times the app gives a payment failure despite the card getting charged and the amount is debited by the bank. After that one has to keep running around and wait for refund as BBs Customer Service is completely naive and know nothing how to resolve. It is a perpetual technical issue with BB's payment gateway since the same card works perfectly fine on other grocery apps. What is the use of offering discounts on certain credit cards when your system doesn't even work. Such a Time Waste
I had a great experience shopping with bb. There are only 2 problems. 1. Online banking is slow. 2. Payment failure automatically gets converted to cash on delivery instead of cancelled. You have to manually cancel it which is a pain. Repairing these issues will make this 5 stars.
I recently reinstalled the app to place an order. However, I've been facing an issue where my basket keeps getting emptied repeatedly. Moreover, I faced payment failure three times while trying to pay for my order. Now, when I'm trying to order again, I added all the items to my basket, but it got emptied again. Additionally, I scanned my card to avoid inserting the card number, but the app registered the wrong card number altogether.
