It's got to a point where I tell everyone to block notifications from this app because the devs didn't have the simple foresight to let customers opt out of notifications. Dear Bhoj, not all notifications need be muzzled from system OS. Just because a "revolutionary" feature exists, doesn't mean you need to use it to death. Kindly be a good sport, and give us the option to filter out unwanted noise. I don't wish to tune out my delivery status when you push 4-6 'deals' notif I don't care about.
It used to be good, long ago. Now it is problems after problems. Each order have a problem. Lost delivery drivers who are unable to read a map or understand simple instructions by call, having to chase then trough the whole area because whatever they do they WILL NOT pay attention to the map. There is also wrong orders, missing items, switched items, items prepared with ingredients of inferior quality compared to the usual from same restaurant, 2h late delivery. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS TO READ A MAP!
They had to simply refund the remaining amount back to my wallet due to cancellation of an order but it took them so much time for no reason and after a while they stopped replying back. Worst service ever 🤬. I wud have given - rating if it was possible. Still no refunds of my own damn money.
