I love this game but I treated it low because it hangs way to much during transition too ads and had to be constantly restarted, I have both versions 1 and 2 and two is just as bad about having to be restarted. This is in battle mode and merge mode. If not for that I would've given 5 stars. No it's not my phone, the screen goes black and never finishes processing the ad to get back to the game. Only this game has this problem on my phone. Love the game!!
Fun little game. Made it to round 20 before I realized the game is unbearable to play. Might as well be called "ad fight", cause you'll be fighting the ads to play the game. Ads keep causing the game to crash and forces you to replay the level you just beat. You could buy the ad remover, but I'm not supporting a game by paying to remove ads when I can't even figure out if I like the game because I'm too busy watching ads that crash the game instead of actually getting to play.
Some game mechanics are a little bit flawed. The spawn rate of ants is per connection to other ant hills, so if you connect more, you spawn more instead of dividing the ants between the paths. The UI to remove paths is a little clunky when so many hills are close to each other that you remove several paths accidentally. I could beat most levels within a minute, even at level 220+. There is an ad after every single one that took over my sounds, so listening to background music was impossible.
