So I live out on Support Site and I keep getting a error when I get on the app about having a invalid address, and to focus the map on another point. I've tried fixing everything and checking if my location was on. Some help would be nice so I can use it. (Problem answed, thank you for the quick reply)
Prices too high compared to shop prices and low attention to vendors that love being late. The customer service is a bit rude and doesn't show to care about your issues. Not enough promotions and discounts, or restaurants variety. Overall I'd rather order elsewhere.
Absolutely trash costumer service. Twice did I have trouble contacting them for customer service after an unsuccessful delivery. Both times they were very unhelpful and very hard to get a hold of. Cheated me out of 96€ for food for a whole family. I urge people to get other services or food on their own.
These guys are ALWAYS on time and call ahead to make sure we are alerted. Very professional and most speak decent english. This was a big deal during the ongoing COVID lockdown
