This app is probably the worst app I've ever downloaded, and I'm not exaggerating. The design of the app is outdated, and really hard to use. The app has countless bugs that makes the ordering experience very slow, and the pop-up ads are overwhelming.. the costumer shouldn't keep getting three pop-up ads in a row, once they decline they probably will not want to try your deals again, so making more ads like those is just time consuming, annoying and pointless. Although the delivery is fast, 1/5.
at first the app wasn't letting me put any toppings, it seemed like I needed an upgrade but got no notification or error, further more as I figured it out and upgraded the app, when I tried again the app told me I wasn"t connected although I used my coupon.... just so I try to log in and get an error that I sent to many requests to the server. to sum it all up, I had a process of ordering a pizza for 30 minutes just to walk to the pizza place to order. don't download/use the app it's a waste.
If I were in a terrible app competition I would not be able to come up with something as bad as this app. It looks hideous, it's UX is bad, it's buggy, it's not gender neutral, and there are so many popups with the cancel button changing color every time. Good pizza tho
