Yeager: Hunter Legend Review
I like the gameplay so far. Really, reminds me of monster hunter. But I feel like there should be at least 20 different hairstyles and i should be able to actually color my characters hair instead of having brown streaks and brows, possibly would like a little more customization for the face and if possible body sliders would go a very long way. Just want a little more customization. Want to be able to have my own experience without looking calico.
Has the potential to be a truly great game but is currently a bit of a buggy mess. Issues: flavor of the month weapons where leaderboards are nothing but the same spec. Servers are starting to become ghost towns as Featherfall trigger requirement is causing the newer players to quit. If IGG can get the bugs under control, get all the weapon schools to a similar level of viability, and get rid of the mechanics that halt progress of new players, the game will be in good shape. Time will tell.
Great game, loved it even during the beta. Definitely needs better translations, and some better tutorials. Needs improvement in monster design in terms of like battle animations to make them more immersive. A lot of the monster attacks have bad hitboxes too. But this game is a work in progress and the very first true monster hunter game on mobile. Props to the devs for taking this leap. They have good weapon concepts and progression systems. And as far as ive seen, super f2p friendly! 6/10 rn.
