The delivery notifications have been misleading too, with my shipment marked as "out for delivery" for over two days without any follow-up. For anyone looking to shop with ease and confidence, I would strongly advise against using the Van Heusen app for online shopping. Unfortunately, my experience has been horrendous, and if given the option, I would rate this service even lower than zero. The quality of their products may be commendable, but when accompanied by abysmal delivery and customer support, it becomes an experience to avoid at all costs.
