Tower Defense: Geometry War Tier List
I like the game overall, but the towers need to be given a setting that let's you control if they attack the first, last, strongest, weakest, closest, or farthest. The best tower defense games will have this feature. It's always great to see a weak enemy slide untouched right to the exit because these towers can only target the strongest enemy in range. Big flaw in my opinion. I would hope the developers make this a priority, as it's a very easy programming fix.
Down graded review because I have paid for the upgrade for no in game ads. I have no problem with that, I enjoy the game.. However....... the ads between levels have started up again (update?) and I checked and the game still shows that it's upgraded. Out of curiosity I tried upgrading it again and it won't allow it with the "it already upgraded" message. I haven't been able to find anything online in regards to fixing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do rather enjoy the game.
Awful controls (towers don't manually target and don't target the closest enemy to base). There's no difference between drag and click, so sometimes you buy or sell things while dragging (also, there's no confirmation for anything). In fact, there's no reward for anything you do on the game: clearing levels give way too little money, upgrading towers isn't worth... a classical pay to win, and even then, no strategy. Stay away!
