Toppers Pizza Premium/Pro Account Free
App is unusable. Tried to place an order but app didn't like my credit card. Tried twice more with the same result. Switched to my debit card and it kind of went through. Received a text from my bank about the charge. Went to pick it up but they had no record of my order, so I placed it in person. Checked later with my bank, the charge must have been for a hold because the charge was never completed. If I ever order from Toppers again, it will not be on the app or the website.
If you get the error about "not being available", the only real fix is a total reinstall. It often forgets the location I want for the order, requiring several attempts to get it in, and going back in the order causes me to have to start all over again... By comparison, the pizza ranch app, which is gloriously slow, at least doesn't forget things, and is less frustrating to wait 30 seconds between pages than to have to wonder if I will get to the first step.
App Hasn't Worked in Months and No Sign of an Update. For the past few months, when i try to start an order I receive a message that says "We've encountered a error. Please check back later." I only expected to see this message once, maybe twice, but Ive seen it week after week for about 3 months now. You would think they would get this issue fixed at some point, but I guess not. Guess I might as well uninstall it from my phone, save some space, and just use the website smh.
Horrible app. No back button, so you have to close and reopen the app to back out of some areas. Doesn't show total until end when your paying, this doesn't help in making sure not to go over a certain amount. Also no prices are shown on a lot of tue items, so doesn't help at all when deciding things. Just order via website until they update and fix this
App doesn't recognize favorite location. It's caught in a loop where it asks for address, says "current location is unable to deliver at this time", so you go to check the location and it says "none selected, change that", so you click to change and it brings you to back to address. Tried to call my store and no one answers. I guess I'll just order somewhere else.
