Fun game. Great time killer. The mid-game grind is kind of a bummer, though. Cars aren't good enough for challenges/ weekly events. And acquiring new and better cars is difficult. Maybe it's me just not knowing the tricks and secrets but my cars are meh and I've bought packs like crazy just to get one half decent car that I'll have to upgrade just to beat one level.
I do enjoy the game but it can feel slightly grindy at times. It can be pay to win if u want it to be, but where's the fun in paying to win. Some races at certain destinations are tough but with perseverance, a bit of experimentation with different cars for the set track and environment, and a little bit of luck u can get past that one race/boss that you're struggling with.
It has potential. Some significant issues, though. I cannot unlock any new tracks without a particular kind of tires, but i can't earn more resources (and thus more cars) without winning at more tracks. I can't see which cars have which upgrades without looking at them individually. And i can't see the upgrades when I'm picking my five cars for the race. I wanted to like this. Unfortunately it's too easy to get into a position where i can't make any progress.
