Survival RPG 1: Island Escape Review

My biggest complaint is that you can't back up your game. Switch devices and your back to square one. I've had to restart my game multiple times due to this and next time I'm permanently uninstalling. Same goes for games 2 & 3. Game 4 has backup so they are able to add to the other three.

Extremely tedious. Not being able to freely collect resources and instead waiting for them to respawn makes the traditional survival experience so much less fun. It feels on rails, not free form. And the heavily increasing quantity of items you need to build stuff just makes the game increasingly more tedious as you circle between spawn locations, over and over, to get what you need. Don't recommend.

Fun little game that felt like a cross of Zelda and Alchemy. A couple of suggested improvements for a sequel: make resources more renewable, or indicate that they not renewable. I almost wasted a bunch of iron on things I didn't need for convenience, not realizing that there is a finite amount. More varried combat styles, ie projectiles, Make it so tanking a bunch of damage isn't the "normal" way to progress. Ie make a maze, instead of just a bunch of spikes or lava that you have to go through.
