I played the all 1/2/3 before playing this. To be honest, for this, if not played the previous series, it would be too overwhelmed. The map is much bigger but easy to wonder to over-powerful enemies area. I don't mind having tool-durability, but for phone games, I still prefer one-time crafting and auto equip. There is some game bug, especially if the ground has worm, it priotise to shovel first over other tools. Minus one star, as I still prefer 1/2/3 series more.
As with all the other games by Bew, this game hits the spot! The larger world map means that the game lasts much longer, plus I really love the addition of levels. While I was initially overwhelmed by the game, I slowly got used to it after a few tries. To other players, I would recommend playing the other rpg games first else this may be too overwhelming. As for Bew, it may be wise to display the contents of the cave on the map, and maybe give us a way to mark specific spots on the map
I had a bad start with this one, after many hours spent on the first map, it was actually a glitch in the game. My island lacked the necessary materials to evolve, i was blocked. Didn't realise that until i read the help menu. So i had to start over. Second game seems fine so far. I also dislike the limited backbag space and the limited uses for each tool, having to craft them over and over again. Wish it had more missions or treasure maps. I definitely liked the second&third srpg alot more.
