Old app was working fine. New one will only run in the foreground which means it's the only thing I can ever use on the tablet or phone. The old one would run in the background meaning I could do other things in the foreground and still receive orders. When I tried to send feedback inside the app it crashed.
I really wish they'd do something about the notifications. They are super loud and intrusive. If you want to do anything else on my tablet like take in-person orders on another app or contact somebody from this app over email or phone you get the annoying really super loud chime and voice message. I went into the app to turn off all notifications and it doesn't work. Turned off all notifications and also turned off notification and alarms. It continues to chime it continues to make noise
Great app! My customers love it. Easy to use and worked very well. Unfortunately it has stopped working for me and only shows a black screen.
There is no background process for this app. I think that's why it looses the internet connection as soon as you come out of it.
If the app loses internet for more than 1 minute it does not reconnect once the internet is back online.(even if you have the app open all the time) As such all orders are missed until you restart the app only to see a flood of missed orders. This is horrendous as a team in a busy kitchen does not have time to check the app every minute to see if it lost internet briefly and needs restarting. They listen for the sound. Old app was much better than this.
