For a brand like Taj, known for its high standards of hospitality, I expected far better service, especially when hosting a gathering at home. Instead, I was left embarrassed and hungry as I anticipated food deliveries that never arrived.

My challenges with Qmin don’t end there. This has become a recurring issue; the food never arrives within the designated time slot, leaving me feeling disillusioned with the service. I have experienced delays on multiple occasions, and each time I attempt to track my order through the app, I am met with disappointment. The tracking feature is utterly ineffective. With such consistent mishaps, one has to wonder whether Qmin is serious about providing a service that meets even the most basic expectations of timely delivery. It's infuriating to think about why they would provide specific time slots if they “couldn't be bothered” to adhere to them.
