The clunky user interface is another source of irritation: players experience significant lag, with buttons taking an eternity to process actions, and frequent crashes disrupt any sense of immersion. For newcomers, the lack of a comprehensive tutorial means they often flounder in the dark, attempting to piece together objectives with little guidance. Adding insult to injury, the game freezes at critical moments, such as when leveling up skills or engaging with the gacha system.
