It's not as straightforward as it should be, with altering stats and specifications not being uniformly displayed for all devices, particularly regarding CPUs, RAM, and camera capabilities. This incomplete representation raises questions and diminishes confidence among potential customers who want to make informed purchasing decisions.
Moreover, the OnePlus Store app, while designed well, feels superficial in its functionality. For existing users, the app primarily offers mediocre promotions on devices of little interest, including my own current model—leading to a lack of relevance and oversaturation of notifications. As a dedicated customer of OnePlus for the last five years, I have fond memories of my OnePlus 7T, but my current experience has made me question the company's reliability.
