There seems to be an issue with the all lately. Images that won't load, random blank pop-ups. What topped it all up is the fact that I'm unable to place an order. It's like a loop that keeps on asking me to confirm my contact details and takes me back to choosing the preferred shipping method and again and again the same steps, unable to further proceed to paying and finalizing the order. Very disappointing to say at least, not reliable at all lately.
Useless and uncomfortable app. Doesn't stay connected. Doesn't want to connect sometimes randomly. Doesn't remember id or e-mail or password(you have to write it every time). Doesn't have this option. Very weak app. I from mistake changed the app language/zone when i was abroad, and had to uninstall and reinstall it in order to get the language back. Then i uninstalled it completely cause it's so annoying.
Trash app. Slow and crashes all the time. Sometimes it won't let me log in even though I'm using the correct email and password. I've had it randomly change language too. I'll stick to the website in the future.
The app is good, but the packaging is horrible (in Hungary) All the plastic in the huge wide world was put into my box. The products used maybe a quarter of the box's capacity and the rest was plastic wrapping in all forms. I love the products, the app is quite good, but I'll try to not order from them if I can find the same product somewhere else. Such a shame
it's great but a lot of options that are avaliable on the website aren't avaliable in the app, for example the 5 samples for 6,40€ isn't even shown in the app as an option and when I go to the website it just redirects me to the app so I have no way of ordering some options like the one I mentioned.
