Not Exactly A Hero: Story Game Review
It's a good story, but it's not that exciting, since you aren't really doing anything and more of like a side character in my opinion. Though besides that, there are some bugs, such as i (some words)/i appearing, but that isn't important, the thing that really made me mad though was the ads, since they pop out of no where, but the problem for me was it lags my phone, because it takes me to google, then youtube, then the game, which takes a while to get back, though it's kind of my fault.l
The story is good, but the app itself is horrible. You can watch ads to get more tickets, but the "wait" timer quickly jumps up to 5 min to view again. The game also burns through tickets at a high speed, and you can't pay to turn it off. You just have to keep paying for more tickets. This has an impact on the gameplay itself. With some options costing more tickets than others. You even have to pay tickets to view your in game "score". Incredibly dissaponting.
It's a fun game so far. But my issue with it is the tickets and how fast you blow through them. By watching an ad, you get 40 tickets. But the time for the next ad to get 40 more is constantly growing. It was a minute, now it's 3. This makes it harder to keep motivation to play. You can pay to get more, which is fine. Then you can play another game and beat certain objectives to get a bunch of tickets. Why not just give us more tickets for the ads we watch, keeps us playing your game instead?
