MapleStory M – Fantasy MMORPG Codes Review

A decent game, but a lot could be better. One of the main things, is event/activity SCHEDULES. My time (EST), has guild fort battle starting at midnight. Which means I'll never get to play it. Should allow for us to choose a time zone, to be able to play everything. Still have an issue with gem fusions being such low chances with only 5% success rate. Autoplay item pickup is bad, leading to a large loss of Mesos. Autoplay should also be able to use movement skills. No more space to type.

One of the worst games that I have seen in a very long time, for very many reasons. All of the quests are automated for you. You just manage your inventory. You don't do anything but sit there and watch. You can actually bypass your quests simply by leveling up and unlocking the next quest in the line. This is bad because you out level the story very quickly, doing literally anything that isn't pure story. Even if you try to do your quests yourself, the controls are some of the worst controls I've seen on mobile. That, and enemies will spawn on top of you, dealing damage instantly. The game is plagued with crippling issues such as bosses appearing in places they shouldn't be, like cities. A single cosmetic item costs somewhere around $5. You don't even get a full set, literally just gloves, or a dress, or hair, per $5. Some classes are remarkably underpowered compared to others, which are remarkably strong. This sucks due to the fact that in boss fights, the best players (players who dealt the most damage) get rewarded while others don't. It's setting up a meta of "Use this class only if you want to have a chance to succeed at all. I regret spending money on this game. It was fun for the first 30 levels, but past that is where all of the issues began to really shine.

Tried this game over a year ago, complaining that the controls weren't great. Just tried it again, and I don't think they were ever updated. It's so unintuitive. I was so frustrated with just the Forest of Endurance tutorial, I didn't bother letting it finish downloading before uninstalling. Not letting people change direction mid jump is annoying. A fixed virtual joypad can be tough to use. And for some reason, it gets stuck with me moving in one direction. Disappointed things weren't changed
