The game is in no regards terrible, it just lacks focus, one critical part of a game is where it's focus lies. Each person enjoys a game fro their own reasons, usually for gameplay but to each their own. The lack of structure in the game is what keeps it back from what it could be, that and it needs to be a lot less busy, as it can be really messy figuring out what's what. Overall, art is solid, music is okay, the gameplay could very much use some polishing, and the UI even more so. 3/5 stars.
Really liked this game, felt no need to put money into it to advance, I kept decently high rank on the server without dropping a dollar. But unfortunately the update really made it hard to continue, missing buttons, some tap sequences didn't function, and the army screen to equip and level up was impossible to navigate. They sent out compensation mails but it felt completely inadequate and missing the point. Until they fix the issues, don't play it.
It's not bad at launch. The game needs more story, plot, and more interesting or meaningful interactions with the characters. There is an "early pay wall". Being very excited about this game, I invested $100, and vaulted over the pay wall. Once you complete about 75% of the "story line", you hit another hard "pay wall". Doing quick math, it would cost about $1000 to clear this, or a solid 4 to 6 months of grinding. Tons of mini games, what it needs is STORY to make grinding worthwhile.
