It made it quite painful to browse through groceries, fruits, and vegetables, prompting me to minimize my order to avoid the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the delivery method, which often sends items in a mere three to five bags for a month's provisions, has been disappointing, and the attitude of some delivery personnel has added to the frustration.
Additionally, the app has become almost unusable for me. Since my last purchase in June 2024, I have faced a persistent issue where I cannot view my cart, with the app failing to connect to its server entirely. Numerous attempts to clear my cart or complete a purchase have been in vain, and my calls to customer care have yielded little to no help. It is disheartening to observe the lack of responsiveness in addressing customer complaints and the continued issues that arise. For instance, timed deliveries have not met their stated expectations. I ordered oil at 11:27 a.m. to prepare my lunch but found myself waiting until 1:45 p.m. for delivery. Even when items do arrive, there are quality concerns; sweet-tasting potatoes and spoiled tomatoes have slipped through quality checks, only for customers to bear the burden of proof regarding the goods received. Not to mention, the miscommunication between customer care, the stores, and delivery services creates a frustrating cycle where blame is passed around with no resolution in sight. The need for improvement in service quality and app functionality is glaring, pushing many like me to seek alternatives from more reliable platforms. I've decided to uninstall the app and explore other grocery delivery services that demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. KPN Farm Fresh needs immediate attention to its operational and logistical inefficiencies if it hopes to retain loyal customers moving forward.
