Frost & Flame: King of Avalon Review
5 plus years I've played. It's a game with lots of great ideas and teamplay. But, bugs are continuous and irritating, it's a complete money pit just to stay competitive by any account, vip status is impossible without thousands of dollars, and if you have any issue whatsoever don't try to get help from customer support. Absolutely zero help from support and frankly, no desire from the game to make the effort to improve your gaming experience.
I have been playing for over 4 years, and the game has become repetitive and boring. The same events are recycled and reused with dozens of screen icons to attempt to grab your money, so many that it interferes with gameplay. It started at 4 or 5 stars but has gotten progressively lower in my opinion. I have spoken to players who spend thousands of dollars a month just to remain competitive. Very sad indeed.
This is one of the most intense, detailed realistic games I've ever played. I love the alliance idea. Play for a couple days and you will be sold!! Update: It is getting pretty frustrating to build without paying for upgrade packages. Another thing, we were promised some rewards for gold ratings and have yet to recieve them. My opinion may be changing!!
