Not working. You can only place an order if you log in, but the OTP needed for the log in is not working. No matter what I try, I do not receive the OTP. Because there is no option to order food without log in, this app is not working for me.
I have a problem with my account, and I tried to register again, and it's telling me that this user doesn't exist !! I tried to call the call center to help me with the problem, and they advised me to get a new phone number! What a smart solution!! I told them to delete my old account so I could register again, and they said they can't!!
The app doesn't work, and so doesn't their customer helpline... Today was the 3rd time I placed an order with them which was not fulfilled as there was a glitch in the app and the order was not passed on to the restaurant. Upon calling customer support, they could not speak English or transfer me to someone who spoke English and I just gave up in the end. KFC really needs to sort out their app, online ordering system and customer call center...
1)A notification says free delivery from 12 to 4, you say ok i was planning to go bring lunch from a different place but since its free delivery and its good why not but then you find there is a delivery fee. 2)Mistakes happen with everyone, that is not a problem, the problem is how you fix your mistake. I made 7 orders all good but on my 8th order the food was undercooked, i called the unfied number 3 times each time they say manager will contact me but the manager never called.
