It feels as if my concerns are being swept under the carpet, leaving me no choice but to question the company’s commitment to its customers.
To make matters worse, I had placed an order for a power bank, but considering my recent experience, I have no doubt it will also turn out to be another fake product. At this point, I am resolute: I will not be purchasing anything from Jumia again. How does a company expect customers to trust them with their hard-earned money when they can’t even resolve straightforward issues? I hope my negative experience serves as a warning to others. The principle of customer satisfaction seems to be lost on Jumia, and I can no longer justify the risk of shopping with them. If they cannot provide reliable products or responsive customer service, there is no reason to return. I am cancelling my order, and I urge others to reconsider their purchases, as there are far better options available.
