LOVE having the curbside pickup option! The personal shoppers do an EXCELLENT job of choosing items & alternates. App is a little off sometimes. Honey ham (on sale) gave me an error pressing the + button. Also, when I click on an item in the circular, the photos in will be of one thing, but when you click on it, COMPLETELY different item. Please add a delete button beside the item on the checkout page and Put the United States of America at the TOP of the countries listed. WONDERFUL app!!
Once again, Ingles hasn't hit the mark keeping up with the times. This was my first curbside order. Some search words didn't take (they work for other grocery stores). With about 10% of the items, I clicked on, it either says an error, or the system can't find the item (although I clicked on the item such as in the weekly ad). Also, need PayPal or other digital means of payment. And with "Review of the Order", needs to review the date and time selected for the order, not just items bought.
Broken. I can't search for items, see weekly deals, make a list or change store locations or schedule a pickup order. The app just loads continuously without ever doing a thing. What a shame! Guess I'll be shopping at Walmart and uninstalling this app.
I switched from Walmart curbside because their customer service really went downhill. Ingles Curbside customer service is top notch. Workers at the Clarkesville, GA store actually care that I get my orders on time and correct. And they go out of their way to make sure they give me options for substitutions well in advance of my pickup time. I seldom gush, but it's legitimately the best online/pickup shopping experience I've experienced.
Great service, I use it almost every week. They have a smooth system for substitutions. Staff is friendly and they work to meet your order as completely and correctly as possible. Saves me time and energy. Thank you!
