Old version is better that the latest one. App said order has been delivered but actually not. I need to contact to the store to follow up because it has been 30mins after placing orders but tracking order in the app is unavailable.
Super slow. The app needs to download extra 30mb and really annoying and slow
They advertise promotion in social media but there was no promotion in the actual app. The app takes so long to load, and it's hard to navigate. Don't even get me started with the delivery service, I ordered some ice cream and it took them 2 hours to deliver my ice cream after I called the customer service, mind you I already waited 2 hours before calling.
App doesn't load properly, useless Notifications when ordering. Not recommended to download this app if you don't want to have a stroke.
Friendly driver, fast delivery, accurate order! But please improve app with a system that enables customer to keep track on delivery. Also, it was a bit annoying to wait with LOADING. Hope you will keep up doing good service.
