I learned the hard way that one should always take screenshots of discounted prices at the time of booking, as it provides leverage when disputing pricing discrepancies later on. This oversight made my experience feel deceitful rather than customer-friendly.

After engaging in two separate live chats and sharing screenshots of the specific issue, I begrudgingly ended up booking directly with the hotels instead.
