Grim Soul: Dark Survival RPG Review
It used to be so much more fun. Back before pet Direwolves got added, I felt like I could actually make progress. Starting a new account with everything the devs have added since (& don't get me wrong, most things added have been great! Who wouldn't want their own pet Direwolf??) but it seems like reaching certain milestones take wayyyyy too long & it turns into just endless grinding pretty quickly. Unless u have a good bit of money u can afford to invest.
The game is a lot of fun, difficult but it's a survival game, so you're supposed to die a lot. Definitely takes time to learn. Be super careful when you buy something in the cash shop, like a backpack or rare item. If you die, you will not get it back, and the money you spent will be wasted. Learned that the hard way. There seems to be a lot of aspects you just have to figure out as you go along. I find this fun, but others may not.
Really frustrated with this game, was doing plague santa event and then I was killed by a bunch of plague rats. When I returned to get items back, I was immediately killed and I spent money on the equipment I used to return. A complete waste of money, and the game feels unplayable after some time. Not worth it at all, and I immediately deleted the game. I understand survival games but this one feels too pay-to-win, and "plan carefully and be alert" is nonsense when you're spending money.
