GreenJinn Cashback App Premium/Pro Account Free
The purpose of the app is great. However, the biggest problem is their customer service: it's simply non-existent. I've sent more than 7 emails to all available email addresses over the past 3 weeks - zero response. No phone contact or in-app chat. Moreover, there are no transparency/instructions about how to use it or about the terms, which leads to a lot of confusion, purchases that don't get refunded, etc. Finally, the design of the app seems really outdated and needs a good update.
Great cashback app! It even includes some fresh veggies and fruits. Everyday groceries as well as new products. Highly recommend. I would like to have more products from local/smaller stores too. But all in all I haven't stopped using it for years now!
This app worked perfectly when I first downloaded. The cashback claiming process is fast. But in the past few weeks there's always problems with sending the receipts. My claims got returned a few time, after the particular has closed, I was asked to send a message to GreenJinn team so that the team will reopen the offer for me, then I will be able to resubmit the receipts. But when raised this problem to GreenJinn support team, I received no response what so ever from the team
Seems like a good app except the number of offers is tiny. Like at Walmart there are 5 grocery items with a coupon and that's it. Payout minimum is only 1.50 which is awesome... But there has to be coupons I'll actually use.
It's now a total scam, so please avoid! It used to work ok, but now payments stopped completely several weeks ago and all attempts at communicating with them are ignored. Luckily there are better cashback apps available, but this is NOT one of them. Scam!
