Grab Coupon Reviews

Using Grab has become an incredibly frustrating experience, leading me to seriously consider giving it the lowest rating possible. Initially marketed as a reliable ride-hailing solution, the app has proven to be anything but useful. On several occasions, I was assigned a driver only for them to fail to commit, leaving me stranded and wasting precious time while waiting. The drivers seem to operate on their own schedule, and there's no way to hold them accountable. When I reach out to customer service for assistance, I’m met with vague reassurances, such as "the driver will be punished," with no real follow-up or proof of action. It would be better if they didn’t offer this service at all if they can't ensure its reliability.

The issue isn't just limited to the pick-up process; it extends to drivers’ general attitudes and work ethics. I've found that many drivers accept ride requests without being properly prepared, leaving passengers in a lurch. On one occasion, I waited over 15 minutes only for the driver to finally answer my call and claim they had fallen asleep. This kind of negligence is not only infuriating, but also unacceptable for individuals using the service to get to work. An option to cancel rides directly without the hesitation of incurring penalties would definitely improve the service. The bottom line is that if these drivers do not wish to pick up passengers, they should consider pursuing alternative employment — it is unfair to make customers suffer because of their laziness.

Additionally, the food delivery service needs significant improvement and oversight. Recently, I ordered vegetarian Japanese curry rice and received the wrong dish entirely. It took an eternity to get a response from customer service regarding my complaint. Even after numerous follow-ups, I’m left without a refund or any sort of compensation, despite the inconvenience caused. The chaotic system of driver assignment further exacerbates the issues. It’s disheartening to see my "Activity History" filled with cancelled rides, often initiated by drivers themselves without explanation. With delays in communication and poor service reliability, Grab has long lost its edge compared to its competitors. If they truly wish to remain in the market, immediate changes are required to address these fundamental shortcomings to restore customer trust and satisfaction.
