Godzilla: Omniverse Review
Despite the gameplay being a lot of fun, the overall grind aspect of it is insanity. After playing through on normal and hard a couple of times each, I still can't purchase a new monster. The ads are also insanity. To play, I need battle points, so I watch an ad. Then it plays an ad before the match, then another ad after the match and another ad to open my reward (coins or gems, the grind is too much). Seriously? I just wanted to play a fun godzilla game.
This is a underrated masterpiece that feels like a huge extended version of some of those old 2D Godzilla fighting games. As much as it is a pain in the bum to get Kaijus, it's still great! Although it does lack features from the PC version (Choosable "stages," being able to go into 2v2s and such, ect...), it still performs well and is likewise the best of all of known Godzilla games that lies in a pocket, besides the well... G r i n d. All this for a completely FREE game is clearly worth it!
This game has come, a long, long way. And the updates and new characters and movements are insanely amazing. The new addition of characters makes the game ever more harder to grind for characters, but in a good way. New system for points/gems is nice. Only a few minor issues, I'm pretty sure it isn't my phone, but both Moguera crashes my game whenever I battle him and Mecha King Ghidorah too. Also, whenever I battle Mechagodzilla's city, it crashes after completing the run through the cities.
