The notion of having to move my prescriptions to another store like Albertsons or Walmart crossed my mind, particularly if these bugs remain unresolved. After contacting customer support, I received no follow-up, and the situation only seems to worsen with every potential update. While a recent software patch improved app performance, it remained far from flawless. The layout itself needs revamping—faster load times and a more inviting user experience would go a long way to improve customer satisfaction.
