Fresh Thyme Market Premium/Pro Account Free
App seems to open without any problems. However, when I check out, many times my clipped coupons won't be applied to their items. Yes, I've entered my phone number at checkout, but some coupons are deducted and some aren't. Yes, I selected the correct items matching the coupons. When I notice this (often!) a manager needs to approve the coupons that weren't deducted. This problem happens randomly and it's extremely frustrating. Customers in line behind me get made because of the delay. Awful app
Wouldn't let me use the app, kept glitching and telling me to check my internet, I uninstalled and reinstalled it after several days of trying to get into the app, now it won't let me log into my account, just tells me "sorry, an error occurred while processing your request". All I can access without getting that message is the main page and the weekly ad for somewhere the next state over.
HATE the new app. It's AWFUL. Super buggy and confusing to navigate. There was no warning things were going to change and I lost all info from the previous one, including my shopping list for this week with items I didn't want to forget! The new shopping list feature is, as others have said, tedious and frustrating. My favorite thing about the old app was how fast and easy it was to view the ads and make a list. Also dislike that we can no longer view the next ad on Tues. Badly done, Fresh Thyme
Uninstall and reinstall the app to get the update. I prefer the old look for the coupons. Loved the click the plus, and it turned to a check mark. Now coupons are too big and take up too much screen real eastate. I hate the pop-ups that it has. Waste of time. Pop-ups and notifications annoy me in apps. Not an option in settings to resize anything. Bigger does not equal better.
Frustrated that they ruined something that was already good with something not user friendly. Now instead of scrolling through a list and easily adding items, there are different views, tabs, quantities... it takes forever. Adding something from the digital ad doesnt even add it to the list. It is too complex and forming a list quickly isnt possible. Now you have to jump through hoops to get there. You cant view next weeks ad or view isle locations etc. Nothing is improved and its much slower.
