Fresh Rewards Premium/Pro Account Free
Tried to do self checkout but it didn't work. I have quite a bit of money on the mobile app and I can't even use it. I can't even transfer the funds to a card! if you're planning on connecting your money to the app or the card don't do it! You might not be able to use that money again, like myself. I've tried contacting the email, but it says I cannot get a response from the email that is listed inside the app. very poor communication (lists and email that doesn't even work) bad customer service
Everything is overpriced and everything that gets advertised as buy 4 get 1 free is never stocked. The kiosk is constantly down which screws over 3rd shift since it doesn't get fixed until the next morning. We have also had multiple instances where there was food left in the fridge for a couple days past it's expiration date. The app doesn't work half the time and when it does it loads incredibly slow. Honestly a waste of time and money.
The app is broken. Resetting a password doesn't work correctly. Rather than getting a code, you get a link to reset the password. Adding a new payment method doesn't work. The new card doesn't get saved and can't be used.
Won't add my card, so I can't finish an order. It does the $1 test charge then doesn't show my card. Update 5/16: Same issue. Hope I can update my review and order some food soon.
Garbage app, got stuck on trying to find my location, cant get past it..just gives two options, quit app or try again.
