Love the service. Inexcusably buggy. Cannot be relied upon. Almost every trip has had a bug in the app, or some easily avoided mistake. Car won't open. Trip won't end. Currently it thinks I've had a car checked out for 77 hours and won't end the trip, so I'm going to be 30 minutes late. One time my phone got auto-locked in the car and support took 90 minutes to respond during a heat wave.
Something has gone terribly wrong with this app and the service. I was without service for a month because that's how long it took to hear from customer service that my license info needed to be updated. Since then, I have experienced problems accessing the car because it doesn't show up in the app, leaving me unable to manage trips, including park and comeback, resume, and end. My weekend has been ruined because I can't rely on the car and fear I'll be stranded on a dark, cold night.
The app is now very glitchy and problematic. It is slow to lock and unlock cars. It constantly kicks you out when you park and intend to come back to the vehicle. This costs you another $49 deposit. I planned twice to rent a car for the weekend, but the app interrupted those plans. Customer service cannot or will not help you to continue a weekend billing cycle, so they win financially. Now, they keep saying they are not receiving emails when I send receipts for gas reimbursement.
