Used to work. Now it's wanting me to login and it lets me log in and then when it asks for a phone number it says it's already taken. Yeah it's my phone number I don't understand
App doesn't work. When scanning a receipt it always says oops. It's taking longer than normal try again later. I have never received points from this app and I have had it for over a year. Never get points when I order from it either. Maybe you should fix it. I stopped ordering from you guys about 4 months ago. Don't like being lied to
Very frustrating that it doesn't save my address and I have to enter it everytime. Same with my payment info. I will often order some other form of food delivery because I don't have to spend 10 minutes just entering my info. If you could fix this issue I would increase my ordering for sure.
Really needs an update. Never is able to read my receipts, on two different phones and an iPad. I've had several orders that I haven't received rewards for because the app always says they will be added once the app processes the receipt, but it never does. Also doesnt send my order in half the time.
The app is just their website with some added features. Don't expect to keep your points or you'll be disappointed. Their online ordering system also seems to change from one cheap-looking interface to another every year.
