Empire: The Glory Age Tier List
All-round great game. Very steep learning curve if you haven't played this type of game before. There are so many different icons and options to click, you can tell the developers were very thorough. I just wish there was an in-game help option to guide you through the rules. Overall a very addictive game. Lots of fun (unless your city is getting smashed).
This looks interesting and the flow of the game is smoother than ROE. However there is a bug when being introduced to excavating. You click on the pointy hand, it says there's no land but the pointy flashing hand remains. Whatever you click on it says "follow my hand" and you can't exit, the window won't close. Have to close the game to exit. When I start again, it's the same thing, stuck in a loop. Wherever I click, it just says "follow my hand". Nothing is clickable.
A pay 2 win. Otherwise you are stuck with extremely super slow building, even slower upgrades. After level 16 you cant even get chalenges to help your needed upgrades. The building workers are limited, you cant train them. Also you do not have free choise of where to built your structures. Its just another one of the copy-pasted games but with other skin.
It's new to me. I'm kinda obsessed with it. The gameplay of the field operation is pretty good. And for the siege battle, neither the offense or the defense can win without the combination of units. Single type of units can do nothing.
The game is quiet friendly in some ways, such as the declaration to avoid the battle. Actually, I do think it do more good than harm to me. I like the free option to set up the avoid-war shield - 2h preparation for 5h war avoiding. I can set it up before my bedtime, then I will sleep well without concerning I would be scouted and attacked.
