I really like this game but I can't stand the music and that's a deal-breaker since I cannot actually turn the music off. Even when I change the setting, the music is still playing (there's actually two instances of the song playing, one is louder and one is softer). When I switch the setting to off, only the first (softer) instance plays. No support functions in game to report this bug.
I don't have time for all of the menu loading, event math, income collection, daily events, and short duration competitions that need to be attended to somewhat constantly. It would be nice to see earlier access to time-saving convenience features, but some are behind a paywall anyway. And the resource production one-tap still makes you wait for it to level up one at a time. When I sit down to attend to this game, I end up losing way more time than I intended, and not because I'm having fun.
Several features are useless unless you pay for premium. Some features were totally broken (like the recent Gaia event) and in an attempt to fix them I cleared cache. The game does not make clear that it wipe All Player Data. It is written in a way suggesting that it only clears preference settings. Lost all progress. Unfortunate because I really liked the game.
