DetectiveS:Find the Difference Review

I really love this game, you get a fun & engaging mystery/suspense story with fun little puzzles that can actually be tricky. The art style is cute & the mini game is challenging but still fun. My only complaint is that the gems are really hard to get. I don't mind watching ads for them, but it would be a lot less painful with the daily limit if each ad gave more than 2. But I couldn't justify 4 stars for that since there aren't any intrusive ads just ones for rewards. Can't wait for season 2 :)

I got this app on an impulse, and I am impressed! The spot-the-difference gameplay is hard enough to be engaging but not punishingly difficult. The whodunit elements, interrogations and whatnot, flesh out the game where it would otherwise be kind of two dimensional. The microtransactions are not pushed on you and so far I haven't hit any sort of paywall or pay to win situation. And of course, the soundtrack is excellent and the art style is charming. Two solid thumbs up, I highly recommend.

Great story and fun find the differnece game! Some differences do feel a litttle unfair as they are sometimes very miniscule and require me to squint but the hint system is useful for those situations. Unfortunately some of the translated dialogue into English doesn't translate well and sometimes I don't understand some dialogue or text and have to infer from context clues especially when it comes to narrowing down evidence. I also feel the cases were more fun than the filler side stories.
