Dead Ahead: Zombie Warfare Tier List
I really do like the game, the graphics and the game play loop always feels like something different can happen. Different hoards and different enemy typed each round make it feel unique. Although, the reason it's a 4 and not a 5 would be the sudden ramp up in difficulty. I was easily able to cruz through the first about 10 levels. Now I'm at a wall, where I do the supply runs to make money, watch the adds, and I even bought the pack with the agents. I think it needs a more gradual addition.
Starting off by saying I get where the 'game is hard too early' people are coming from, but also see the general vibe this game puts out. You aren't meant to sweep through every single part of this game in order like it's nothing; You're meant to do everything you can to progress, then go back and clean up when you feel like you're far enough. There's JUST enough 'easy' content to keep you going, keep you evolving, but the 'gas' system helps you take a break and avoid the 'speedrun' mindset. 5/5
Good luck trying to get anywhere after playing for a week. Its pretty fun, but progression is super slow and anoyying if you don't spend any money on the game. The first handful of missions are easy - to get you hooked, but then there's a roadblock in progress and constant mission failures make you want to play more so you can beat it. Good luck.
Still pretty new, just unlocked the third zone. There is a pretty sharp difficulty curb between the end of the first zone and the second but a lot of that seems to be solved by getting and upgrading items for all your units in the second supply run. You will be able to run the second supply run for keys which you will have 10 of and they do not cost gas to play so you can get some good items and upgrade them. Honestly I think the game should do a little more to point out this feature.
Okay, to start off, AMAZING job on the art, gameplay, controls, story, EVERYTHING! This game has got to be one of the best, if not the best overall GAME I have played in forever. I searched high and low for a game that would get my mind racing, Oxytocin flooding, and that would make me feel as good as this one does, and let me tell you, it's impossible. I will say, the old update was really pay to win, but ever since the new one, this shot straight back to the main game I play. #GiveItATry❤️❤️❤️
