Please change the view of the coupons. Let us view at least 3 to 4 coupons at a time, instead of scrolling one by one. Hopefully it'll be like the last app and keep track of our coupon interests and automatically save those coupons for a period of time. Some of the changes are nice. For example it'll keep track of your savings and you can create a grocery list.
Zero stars would be more accurate: The main reasons I shopped at Cub Foods are the digital coupons and rewards program. The new app makes clipping coupons such a nuisance that I have stopped shopping there. A pop-up pops up every time you select a coupon, so after 3 are selected, the screen is covered. Also, when you go to the fuel rewards page, it gives you directions on where to go to see the fuel rewards available. A thought: App designers should have to use their apps before releasing them.
New app is terrible. Huge step backwards. Coupon search doesn't work! Plus links in email from coupons don't work. Very frustrating because sometimes the coupons are required. If you still have the older version of the app keep it. Rollback to the older version already this version of the app is unusable. Cannot search for coupons, not even if I scroll through all the coupons. The emailed coupons are impossible to use and "digital only". Terrible!
The app works fine. Finding coupons is horrible. You can't filter by departments so you have to scroll through all of them. Every time you clip a coupon, there's a pop up suggesting ones you might like, but the X doesn't work so you have to wait for it to go away. Even if you clip the ones it suggests, it keeps suggesting the same exact ones so it just gets annoying. And when you scroll to the coupons it suggests, it doesn't say they've been clipped so I don't even know if the pop up even works
I would give it 0 stars but that is not an option. This app is horrible. The coupons are no longer grid view so you have to scroll through 1 by 1. Then when you clip a coupon there is a pop up of other coupons you might like. Not only is it annoying and needlessly time consuming, but half the time it freezes the entire app and I have to close out. Target's app is much easier. They have most of the same manufacturer's coupons and the items are cheaper there anyway.
