Waste of time, no OTP received after 30 attempt. Thanks to the stupid developer.
Horrible experience. App is third class , non-responsive, and total waste of time. One can imagine the efficiency of an app that doesn't respond while registering oneself. How inefficient would be its utilities. The old app was much better and user-friendly. Please update this app to facilitate the users and not to flee them away.
Aftet trying for OTP for multiple times, I was unable to recieve the OTP..then I switched to Mobile data from WIFI and I recieved the OTP on the very first attempt. Request to the developer and management, please enable OTP option on wifi networks also, because most of the customers / users are on wifi networks. THANKS
New app interface is pathetic, unable to login, no otp rcvd for new acct,,, old acct is not accessible.. this app isn't working. Now I logged in after more than 100 attempts,, but still can't see any option to check status of HP Installments...
Don't know who was the stupid advisor to replace old CSD app with this one . Tried at least 20 times for sign up but can't get OTP. At morning, evening, night this app is a state of the art failure. Thanks to the Non-sense Developers and CSD management for Launching this world's worst app on playstore.
