I sure do like the new app! The old one stopped letting me complete placing the order. It's really easy to navigate, customize, and see all the options available.
I ordered the chicken fried pork chops with three veggies the only thing I could eat that was not so hard was the mashed patotes and green beans. The four very very thin chops the double in crash. So the had too cook it so long that I could not even see the meat. I payed 15:99 for this meal. Unless the meal starts getting better real soon I will not be back. The last time I was here the meal was the same way, but then it was chicken after I took off the crush the chicken was so dried out.
I used to love this restaurant, but the last 2 times I've ordered it has been awful. First they got the order wrong (they did give us free food but not what we're ordered.) This time I ordered the 2 for 18 chicken fried steak and one was tube large one and the other was a small one. The black eyed peas were hard and nasty. The small chicken fry had spots where the batter was hard as a brick and shop's where it was still raw. I will NOT order from there again!!!
The app is good. The Cotton Patch in Denton is terrible, I understand it may be understaffed, so wait time inside and at order pick-up is a bit slow. But missing sides ordered in the restaurant and for pick-up is ridiculous!
The app used to work and made it easy to place an order. Now it doesn't seem to work. Just as I'm about to check out I get an error message saying something is wrong. I tried reinstalling the app and had the same problem. I ended up having to go to the website to place the order. This is the second time in the past couple of months I've had a problem. This needs to be fixed.
