Updated to 1 star. Funny how my order goes though ok, except when I try to use a coupon code, in which case it spins forever. Remove the code and it works like magic! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The app UI is terrible too. It shows my preferred store at the top - so why must I choose my store again during the checkout process? And it's not simple to find my local store, I have to scroll through multiple pages and press "load more" multiple times just to find my store in the list.
This is a pretty fully functional rewards and ordering app. Menus, specials, locations and related information are all here. It is fairly easy to use, though the navigation can be redundant at times and also dead end times. Other than the navigation this cottageinn app is literally perfect, and love getting rewards for our family's favorite pizza!
Lame app. I have to manually choose my location every order (must scroll through 5 'LOAD MORE's, no way to jump to my location) the app can't save this info. Also can't save credit card info, so must be input each time which is cumbersome. I have uninstalled the app and went back to web based orders as the browser remembers all of my info and credit card data and is thus easier to operate. I give this app about a C+ overall. Would be a solid B if they fixed the above issues.
Really nice to be able to take your time on deciding what you want to order by using the app. It shows you every thing that is on the menu including specials. They will send you coupons by text which is nice too. Happy with the app so far.
Placed my order and tried using a reward that was sent to me in the app but it wouldn't work. I tried 3 times to no avail. If this happens again I'll delete the app and order from elsewhere.
