Brixx Rewards Premium/Pro Account Free
Great food, but the price increase now has me paying almost $20 for a single pizza with cauliflower crust. I got 4 items for delivery and it was almost $75. I pay that when I go out for a nice dinner! That's not "pizza and wings" money. . . I may have to go elsewhere now which is unfortunate.
Whenever I go into the App, it doesnt show the me the closest location even though im sitting IN the restaurant. I try to change the Location but it tells me there are none in the area I provide. I cant even order online because ot doesn't show my restaurant. I've tried contacting support through the App, and even though EVERYTHING Is filled out, it keeps telling me there are fields missing and it won't let me submit. Seems MANY OTHERS have the same issue! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!
Does not give me the correct restaurant, even though it's across the street. Also I was always getting specials and deals every week and now hardly ever. The deals was the main reason I went there. Guess I will return to groupon and wait for specials there. :( Also now in order to "earn/get rewards" you have to upload your receipt. (no longer visit based) I don't always get a receipt and there is no other way to get "credit" for the money you spent. It looks like you have to spend $125 to get a $10 reward. SO the app is JUST for ordering, because using it for earning rewards or finding specials is a TOTAL no-go. You can not leave feedback on "how was your visit" tab until you upload a receipt (I assume) Therefor I was not able to response as the developer requested and leave feedback via "how was your visit" tab.
Not all locations are available, specifically the one near me. I see another person has the same problem and the reply was to leave a comment in the app. BUT, you can't leave a comment without ordering and you can't order if it doesn't list your location...smh.
We love our local Brixx. Good food, good outdoor patio, good happy hour! Great servers!! 1/2 price bottles of wine on Sunday. Is it the best pizza you will ever put in your mouth? Probably not. But food is always good, fresh , hot and they are always willing to fix anything wrong and make it to your liking!
