Played this game all the time, for years. Other reviews are totally correct, the update ruined it. I'm not necessarily opposed to change, but the game looks worse, plays worse, less intuitive, you name it. Definitely going to uninstall after I finish this review. Super dissapointed, I had even purchased the premium version for more maps (which were removed). Seems like rights to the game were bought out, and the new team made a big change just for the sake of it. Awful app now, don't get it.
I use to love this game enough to pay for the subscription(I won't even pay for Netflix) but had to take a break for about 6 months due to person stuff. I am super disappointed to see that it seems they stripped alot of my favorite features away and left us with a shell of a game. For example you use to be able to play to domination now you can only play 10 turns or the former quick mode. Now you can't talk with you opponents, it use to make the game more engaging and dynamic. Fix it and Ill pay
I've been playing this for years but every "update" makes this game worse. It used to be an enhanced version of risk but now it's slow, glitchy, full of bugs, and basically unplayable. If someone steals a card, the UI stays up, blocking the map. I play PUBG on max settings but this board game simulator is made so poorly and it's so slow that even the tiny attack graphics are glitchy; by the end of a good game against even the AI, you'll be waiting 30 seconds to place troops. Very bad. Terrible.
