BIBIBOP Rewards Premium/Pro Account Free
I can't place a delivery order even though the app finds my single address. It keeps telling me there's more than one address found and I need to be more specific. How much more specific can I be when the app gives me one choice??!! The pickup option is okay but if it only partly works, it doesn't work. To be clear, the same bug exists on the website.
I love the food, but this app is a complete disaster meltdown. The employees constantly apologize for it, it doesn't print at the store for half an hour after you place the order even if you put ASAP as a choice, it restarts your order with any change you try to make, it doesn't apply the rewards it says it's going to, I could go on and on, it's just a mess.
Tonight was my first time to Bibibop. The young man was very patient while talking me through the process of making a bowl. I chose steak with chicken added, superfoods salad, purple rice and kimchi. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. The food was freshly made which was a plus. I was so pleased with the food and service that I left a tip which I normally wouldn't do when placing a to-go order. I will return!
Every restaurant promo requires the app. And the app? Gets stuck in loading loops so you can't order on it so you just forego the promotion and, since you're already at the restaurant, you order in person Either scammy or incompetent
Not able to order online. All coupons are for online ordering but the app is not usable on Android. I've tried many different days, different locations and in the slim chance I can create my order, submitting never works. Really disappointing
