Baskin-Robbins Malaysia Premium/Pro Account Free
I am trying to order through the app for the past 15 minutes and cannot go through as the app mentioned something like "cannot connect to the network". Inter-hange to Mobile and Wifi network and verified there is connection. I also change the locations of stores. However, the app still gave the same respond. What a dissapointment!
I place an order and make payment. But after next minute, my order is process for cancellation. I don't know what is going on? If the order can cancelled with unknown reason in one minute thn how come can't reply customer email immediately? I am waiting for response for one hour but can't get an answer.
The app glitched while I'm redeeming the coupon. End up didn't get to redeem it as it showed it was redeemed.

I'm guessing this depends on store (based on other reviews). Personally in Shah Alam area, app is very convenient, purchase online and I just need to pickup from store, scan the QR code and get the receipt and ice cream. Now that they've implemented the early pickup days (for 31st discount), you don't have to queue because you can pickup a few days before the 31st.
