Ants .io – Multiplayer Game Review
I absolutely love this game and honestly wanted to give it a five-star review. That being said, I paid for no ads, and still, I'm made to watch ads every min or so. This is unacceptable! For 5 dollars, I expect not to have ads. I understand that you still have the option to watch ads and get rewards. However, that is not what is going on. I say no thanks when prompted to watch an ad for extra rewards, and it still directs me to an ad, which I don't even get anything for watching.
I really like the game! What I don't like is all the bot ants. Especially those who happen to pop up around my spawn area. They always, and I mean, ALWAYS, have more ants than I do. This makes watching those 30 sec ads, every 20 secs of gameplay, whether we take the bonus or not, futile. Especially if watched for the bonus. I mean, it really is convenient how the one's with just one ant more than me are always just out of sight, to swoop in and knock me back down. But I really like the game!
Yeah, this isnt a multiplayer game. The AI is far too predictable to be multiplayer. Not a bad game but with AI sending wave after wave of larger colonies of ants after you once you reach a colony of 30 the game doesnt have much going for it. Basically its an ad farm you cant even purchase "NO-ADS" so for every minute you play youre at least warching 30-45 seconds of ads.
